Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition may not enter.

Opens 18:00 BST on Thursday 30 July 2026 and closes 23:59 BST on Sunday 9 August 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.

Follow @LoopDL on Instagram, save this post, comment with which colour Loop you would like to win, and tag a friend. Each comment with a unique tag is an entry. No purchase is necessary.

Only genuine personal Instagram accounts may be used. Entries made through multiple accounts, automated methods, scripts, macros or other means not in keeping with the spirit of the giveaway are prohibited and may be disqualified.

The Promoter may refuse, remove or disqualify an entry that is:

• incomplete, illegible, altered or late;
• believed to be fraudulent, misleading or automated;
• unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, obscene, sexually explicit, discriminatory or otherwise offensive;
• infringing of third-party rights; or
• in breach of these terms or the spirit of the giveaway.

Participants must not inaccurately tag content or encourage others to do so. All tagging must comply with Instagram's promotion guidelines.

One Loop device plus three months' prepaid unlimited connection (RRP £345). No cash alternative is available. The prize is non-transferable and device colour is subject to availability.

One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within seven days after the closing date, using a verifiably random computer process or under the supervision of an independent person. The Promoter may be required to demonstrate that the draw was conducted fairly.

The winner will be contacted by Instagram DM from @LoopDL. The winner must respond within seven days of notification. If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may select an alternative winner on the same basis.

The Promoter will arrange delivery after the winner has been verified and has provided any reasonably requested information needed to administer the prize. There is no cost to the winner to claim the prize.

The Promoter may publish or make available the winner's surname and county to demonstrate that a valid award took place, in accordance with applicable law and advertising rules. Entrants may object, or ask for less information to be published, by contacting the Promoter. The Promoter may still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Personal data will be used to administer the competition, contact the winner and arrange prize fulfilment, in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy at loopdl.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy. Entry does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost due to technical failures and may amend or withdraw the competition in unforeseen circumstances. The Promoter's decision is final.
